At STING, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned equipment must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
